Very delicious and really nice staff! EDIT: came back during corona times and the packaging of the currywurst+fries could be much better! the moment you get home and open your meal, it's just a mess. bit disappointed.

It's always cool to come to you when you get hungry or even just hungry at a later hour. The staff is friendly, the quality is very good. The only thing missing now is the vegan version. You already have the vegetarian one. Vegan would be a hit. Until then, we have to - admittedly very reluctantly - switch to the vegan sausage at Bergwolf. An incentive for you in the new year? We'll be happy to come back to you as soon as you offer the vegan option. And certainly a lot more Munich residents ...!

Super tasty currywurst and no less tasty fries, curry sauces are awesome! Everything fresh and clean, nice place. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Prices fully ok. Will come by now more often, really highly recommended! Michel

Addendum to my comment without comment: Finally a sausage with a lot of heat! The sauces are delicious and the fries aren't skimpy either. Small but sufficient selection of beers. At times it can be difficult with the seats.

Well, there are better curry sausages and the price / performance ratio isn't right either.

Starting with two unsuccessful attempts to reserve, to poor service and a cold Klenze XL platter, this was a visit that I will not do a second time. The currywurst experience cannot be found here.

We were visiting Munich for a weekend and were allowed to try the currywurst in the Gute Nacht Wurst. It was super delicious, we can especially recommend the sweet potato fries (something different), as well as the vegetarian currywurst and of course the delicious, homemade sauces! With the fine selection we couldn't decide which tasted best! A visit is highly recommended! We will definitely be back !!

Great Curry Wurst and very friendly stuff

It took half an hour to eat because employees think they have to discuss things with customers. Chips soaked and way too expensive. What more do you want. LG Louis

I absolutely don't understand the good reviews. The sausage was cold as well as the fries and completely salty. So salty that my tongue became furry and that for 7.40 € is not worth it at all.

Catastrophe. Takes forever. Even for a simple french fry. The waitress is babbling all the time. The currywurst is cut into the deep fryer when it has to be quick. Every good currywurst master knows that this is a no-go

The best currywurst I've eaten. Very nice staff, gave us a new "DIP creation" to try on the house. The currywurst tastes very delicious, the fries too, large portions and the price-performance ratio is also good. Drinks could be a bit cheaper. Otherwise it's a very cozy atmosphere and the music also suits me and my girlfriend's taste. Could sit here for hours. A MUST GO HERE !!!

Considering the reviews, I am as disappointed as ever. Not even time to think about the order the guy is rushing us to pay for: I didn't have time for a drink, I had to stop it. In addition, he does not know how to count and asks us 3 times how much change he gave us. No kindness. Super expensive. 13 € and dust for a soda, fries and two sausages. 0 choices. Basic, normal fries. I felt like I was eating pure tomato with ketchup curry sauce. Basic white sausage, nothing crazy, no better than anywhere else. Table service non-existent: Two tables and the guy not done to bring us our order. Frankly, I was sold the dream for nothing. Go somewhere else. edit: I haven't even finished the sausage (and god knows I always finish my dishes)

Used to be a good place for German curry sausages (Currywurst) with a variety of sauces but the food quality has decreased. Fries are just ok as are the sausages. Prices are acceptable, service fast.

Have ended up here through the Google reviews because we were looking for a spicy currywurst. However, wrong place and probably wrong time. When we arrived there was nothing going on probably due to the time but when we wanted a spicy currywurst and they didn't have any chilli or the like to spice it up the disappointment was great. And even so, she didn't knock the currywurst view off my stool

Good food and nice location, but the staff rudly kicked us out, when they wanted to close. Of course i go when they close, but you can ask nicely... ^^

Very delicious German traditional snack "Curry sausage" and a wide selection of beers, watching the young German muscle man carefully ordering and carefully making meals, finally understand why there are so many crushes willing to wait and line up here. The fried white sausage here, and remember to say that the sauce is half of the sauce to avoid salty, and the spicy and delicious milk sauce of the French fries is also the same.

Wonderful after party snacks!

Rare place in Munich where you can eat hot spicy fast food, Berlin style. The "normal" spicy Currywurst is what some people refer as "germanized" (europanized?) spicy food, which real hot sauce lovers will not even notice. Think pepper. But be warned, if you insist on "scharfe Stufe 1", that first level is already too much for most people, and "scharfe Stufe 3" (level 3) is brutally hot and 99% of guests will stop eating it immediately after first bite. The hot sauces taste similar to Tabasco Habanero (added vinegar). Level 3 is simply fire, with not much taste. Still great fun among friends. Tears and hick-ups guarantied for everyone who never heard of Scoville scale.

One of my favorite places to be in Munich. The food is simple but on point, drinks are comparably cheap and rich in variety. The atmosphere is very casual and warm, a lot of friendly faces from all sorts of places. Open until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays, and shots for 1€. Perfect for after hour or pre-party or just a smooth saturday night.

only got fries but it was the perfect pre-drinks snack. Sweet potato fries and regular fries were both good. I'd come back if I was hungry and in the area! Staff was friendly and let us to try dipping the fries in Nutella (their new offering) for free. I reccomend the Nutella for an extra sweet and savory twist
